When something goes wrong

The failures worth recognising on sight.

What you see	What it means
The run stopped and nothing is happening	It is at a gate, waiting for you. Look for a stage marked blocked
The start button says Add credits	Your balance is under that format's floor. The floor is per format, so one can be blocked while others work
Not enough for this estimate	AI video only. It checks the live estimate against your balance rather than a fixed floor
Clips will not start	It needs a source video. It cuts existing footage and generates none
Add a photo of your product first	Product Studio composes around a real object and needs to see it
Publishing failed	Usually an account connected without publishing permission. Reconnect it from Social accounts
A tab is empty with a Connect button	That source is not connected. Marketing and CRM need Integrations; Social needs Social accounts
The numbers look wrong	Check the date range first. Insights reports what the integration returned

Production failed is rarely fatal. Whatever completed before the failure is kept, and a retry resumes rather than restarting.
