Everything you make lands in the library whether or not you publish it, organised into folders you control.

Filter with All, Videos or Images when there is a lot in there.
Hover an item for its actions, or click it to open the preview.
Post publishes it. Download saves it to your machine.
A rendered video that will not play inline is still fine. Download it from the library.
